This role is responsible for leading process and technology changes in the enterprise Performance Management, Development Planning and Enterprise Scorecard approaches. In addition, the role has overall responsibility for effective execution, evaluation, and enhancement of the Performance Management, Development Planning, and Enterprise Scorecard processes on an ongoing basis. This role in the Talent Management Center of Excellence reports to the Director, Talent and Performance Optimization and will work with the Organization Effectiveness team, Human Resources Business Partners, and business leaders in the design, implementation, and ongoing execution of areas of responsibility.


Lead changes to the Enterprise Performance Management, Development Planning and Enterprise Scorecard approaches (areas of responsibility)

+ Lead high-level and detailed-level design, development, implementation and administration of areas of responsibility

+ Enable business leaders, Human Resources, and Talent Management through tools, information, training, resources, and technology

+ Develop end to end change plans and project plans and effectively manage timelines and resources

+ Identify and track metrics to determine overall effectiveness

+ Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Talent Management, Total Rewards, Human Resources, and the business; collaborate to understand business needs and design and implement integrated solutions that deliver business results

+ Leads the integration of areas of responsibility and strategic initiatives into key Talent Management and Human Resources processes and business processes (as needed)

+ Conceptualize and effectively communicate needed changes to critical stakeholders

+ Partner with the Director, Talent and Performance Optimization to research and develop the future state vision and long-term plan for areas of responsibility, make critical decisions about the direction and approach and influence stakeholders in Talent Management, Human Resources, and the business to drive best in class talent management processes to support achievement of the business's vision, mission, goals and values




+ 6 years of HR experience

+ Experience with data analytics and reporting


+ Master's degree or Ph. D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Development, MBA or related degree preferred

+ Expertise drafting and finalizing executive level communications and materials, strongly desired

+ Experience designing and implementing talent management solutions and technology

+ Experience supporting a large geographically dispersed business organization and working with virtual teams within a large organization

+ Experience creating and executing project management and change management plans
